Shipping & Delivery

While our dresses are old-fashioned, Retrospec’d shipping methods are not. Your new retro fashions ship via Fastway Couriers and Australia Post. We always recommend that you ship to an address where somebody will be available during the day to receive the shipment. Many customers ship their order to their office. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and dispatch of your order.

Payment & Security

Retrospec’d take your security seriously and there is nothing retro about the technology we use to ensure you’re safe when shopping with us. We employ a combination of e-commerce business solutions and aim to provide the very highest level of customer care in all transactions made through our online store.

Retrospec’d provide several payment options for your convenience, including credit and debit card or PayPal.

Returns & Exchanges

Retrospec’d are happy to assist with returns and exchanges as below.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Size: We are able to exchange or provide a store credit (valid for 12 months) within 14 days of the receipt of goods. Please note that the customer will pay all postage in this instance.

Faulty Goods: We will gladly repair, replace or refund any faulty goods. Please get in touch with us within 14 days to arrange. Retrospec’d will cover the shipping expense.

All Returns: Goods must be returned unworn (with tags intact) along with the receipt. Please include your contact details (name, address and phone number) and the reason for return (change of mind / incorrect size or faulty goods).
