Shipping & Delivery

While our dresses are old-fashioned, Retrospec’d shipping methods are not. Your new retro fashions ship via Fastway Couriers and Australia Post.
We always recommend that you ship to an address where somebody will be available during the day to receive the parcel. Many customers ship their order to their office.

Flat Rate Shipping Costs:
Within Australia:
Standard $6 (5-7 business days)
Express $15 (overnight – 2 business days depending location)
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing and dispatch of your order.

Standard: $15 (2-4 weeks)
Express $25 (5-10 working days)

Payment & Security

Retrospec’d take your security seriously and there is nothing retro about the technology we use to ensure you’re safe when shopping with us. We employ a combination of e-commerce business solutions and aim to provide the very highest level of customer care in all transactions made through our online store.

Retrospec’d provide several payment options for your convenience, including credit and debit card or PayPal.

 Returns,  Exchanges & Sizing Charts

Retrospec’d are happy to assist with returns and exchanges as below:

Refunds/Credit Note:

We are happy to provide a  refund or credit note within 30 days of your order. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all postage costs for change of mind or incorrect fit refunds. Clearance items are excluded from refunds and or exchanges.

All Returns:

We are happy to accept returns when you change your mind where the goods:

*Are in saleable condition;
*Have not been worn or used;
*Have the original tags still attached;
*Are received back within 30 days of date of purchase; and
*Are accompanied by a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.
Please include your contact details (name, address and phone number) and the reason for return (change of mind / incorrect size or faulty goods) and if you would like an exchange, refund or a store credit.

Faulty Goods: We will gladly repair, replace or refund any faulty goods. Please get in touch with us within 30 days to arrange. Retrospec’d will reimburse all reasonable costs for return shipping.

Clearance Items: Clearance items are final sale they are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges or Refunds. Clearance Items are items marked down more then 50% of the original price. If your item is faulty then our usual “Faulty Goods” policy applies.

Size Guides: Each garment (style and print) has their very own size guide as fabrics and cut of each dress can vary. Please check the size chart located above the sizes in each style before placing you order. The size guides are in centimetres, so please use online converters to compare to inches if needed.

Store Credit Vouchers: Are valid for 12 months and will be posted or emailed to you once the item/s returned have been processed. As these vouchers are not able to be redeemed online, please give us a call or email to let us know your order.
