Retrospec’d are happy to assist with returns and exchanges for online orders as below:

Refunds

We are happy to provide a  refund within 30 days of your order. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all postage costs for change of mind or incorrect fit refunds. Last Chance (Clearance) items are excluded from refunds and or exchanges.

All Returns:

We are happy to accept returns when you change your mind where the goods:

*Are in saleable condition;
*Have not been worn or used;
*Have the original tags still attached;
*Are received back within 30 days of date of purchase; and
*Are accompanied by a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.
Please include your contact details (name, address and phone number) and the reason for return (change of mind / incorrect size or faulty goods) and if you would like an exchange, refund or a store credit.

Faulty Goods: 

We will gladly repair, replace or refund any faulty goods. Please get in touch with us within 30 days to arrange. Retrospec’d will reimburse all reasonable costs for return shipping.

Last Chance (Clearance) Items:

Last Chance (Clearance) items are final sale they are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges or Refunds. Clearance Items are items marked down more then 50% of the original price. If your item is faulty then our usual “Faulty Goods” policy applies.
